Yup, she’s supposedly dumped the Playboy magnate for Hank Baskett of the Philly Eagles. If you think this is some messed up celeb scandal crap, Heff is also supposedly getting cheated on by girlfriend Holly Madison with Criss Angel. That’s got to hurt!
